Google Organic Search Data Predicts How “Kashmir Property” Is Trending Across India
Internet is the first stop of information for all these days. All thanks to Google, where we can find answers to all our queries. Even its unique features tell us which topics are trending with their search volume.
Recently, Modi government removes Article 370 and 35A which gives special status to Jammu and Kashmir and the state will be split into two Union Territories- Jammu and Kashmir with an Assembly and Ladakh without one.
With these recent developments, people across the nation can now own a property in Kashmir too.
Earlier Article 35A of our constitution states that only permanent residents of Kashmir could buy property in the state but after the recent announcement, Indians across the country can buy a property in Kashmir.
After this official announcement, people search terms on Google for “Plots in Kashmir”, “Kashmir Land”, “Kashmir Flats”, “Kashmir Property” have hiked from nearly zero to highest level ever.
These searches on Google started rising quickly at 10:30 am, around the time when Amit Shah started speaking in Parliament. They increased at 1:30 pm, through the day, and finally peaked at 12:30 am the next day.
These searches came from all over India and most searches for “Kashmir property”, came from Delhi.
Searches from Maharashtra were also high because of the high spending power in its capital of Mumbai.
