Google’s overall organic search visits are reportedly down and up for DuckDuckGo as compared to the last year.
Organic search visits from Google are down compared to last year, while organic visits from DuckDuckGo are up significantly.
Merkle’s digital marketing report 2019 says that Google have seen a drop of 8% in organic search results as compared to 2018 whereas DuckDuckGo saw an increase in organic search results.
DuckDuckGo is the only search engine who saw a growth with 49% more visits in the last quarter. Organic visits from Bing also saw a decline of 26% and yahoo with decline 11%.
DuckDuckGo is up by 64% over the year, specially the organic search visits by mobile. DuckDuckGo’s strong mobile search growth has made its organic mobile search increase from 0.3% to 0.5%.
Apart from this lack in Google’s organic search visits, still it manages to gain 1% organic search visits. Whereas, Bing loses 1% of its organic share.
