Please note that CIIM will NEVER transfer your personal information to any third party.
Inquiries: Information collected through your inquiries via online form, e-mail, fax, or telephone call would be used by CIIM to respond to your inquiries or to contact you to provide more details of CIIM services. Information collected during the course of an inquiry will not be disclosed to any third party.
Cancellation policy: CIIM follows a transparent and no-fuss cancellation policy. Here are the terms of our policy:
- All Cancellation requests will be considered within 12 hours of course enrollment.
- CIIM will not be held responsible for any unsolicited third party services, such as job placement, freelancing work, money making and business offers.
Refund policy: Due to the nature of our services, CIIM does not guarantee any refunds upon cancellation. Furthermore, CIIM does not make any guarantees for job placement, freelance work, etc., and will not be held responsible for any refund claims thereof.
Refunds are not applicable if a student doesn’t want to continue with pandemic-forced online classes (which were originally offline). In case, a student is not comfortable learning online, they can join the offline classes back again as soon as the lockdown restrictions are eased for institutes to resume the classroom batches.
Note:
Advanced Seat Reservation Refund Policy: Seat booked /reserved/ enrolled online or offline course for any batch, Once Fee paid, it CANNOT be refunded under any circumstances.
Browsing the Website: Information collected while you are browsing our website may be used to analyze trends, administer the website, improve site performance, gather broad demographic information, and for security purposes. As stated earlier, such Information will not be disclosed to third parties.
Policy updates
We reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time, without notice of such update/change to any persons/ entity.
